About the role

Reiss is seeking a Concession Manager for its Macy's concession in Oak Brook, Illinois. This permanent, full‑time position leads the concession to achieve sales targets, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute long‑term concession goals.
• Oversee daily operations, performance, and stock control.
• Lead the team to deliver personalized, high‑quality customer experiences.
• Implement promotions, sales initiatives, and merchandising standards.
• Recruit, retain, and develop talent through performance and probation reviews.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience in a comparable operation.
• Proven track record of improving business performance and customer service.
• Strong visual sense and commercial product management abilities.
• Ability to balance customer service, operational, technical, and visual duties.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective people manager with excellent written and verbal communication.
