Compensation Business Consultant – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a Compensation Business Consultant to join a leading wealth‑management division. In this senior‑level, individual‑contributor role you will act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders and HR partners, shaping compensation strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior management and HR Business Partners on total‑compensation design, policy, and regulatory issues.
• Develop and implement competitive base‑pay, incentive, executive and international compensation structures.
• Lead annual compensation cycles, including market studies, bonus administration, job pricing and review processes.
• Support the Common Role Framework and configure Workday for new international locations.
• Drive cross‑functional projects, process‑improvement initiatives and represent compensation in broader corporate programs.
• Perform deep‑dive analytics on compensation effectiveness and model financial impacts of alternative designs.
• Translate complex data into clear insights using data‑visualisation tools.
• Create educational materials and communication plans for new compensation initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in compensation design and administration, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
