Community & Partner Engagement Manager

About the role

Impact.com is seeking a Community & Partner Engagement Manager to design, launch, and operate a global community system that connects brands, affiliates, and creators. The role sits within the Performance Partnerships & Community Marketing team and acts as a bridge between the company, its customers, and its partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day engagement on external community platforms such as Reddit, Discord and Slack groups.
• Participate in conversations, maintain brand presence, answer questions and foster discussions.
• Build and maintain workflows to triage, categorize and route community feedback to Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Performance teams.
• Develop lightweight automation and AI‑assisted processes for tagging, monitoring and routing community signals.
• Support affiliate and referral programs by discovering, onboarding and activating new partner accounts.
• Provide ongoing partner support, troubleshooting issues and supplying assets.

Required profile

• Strong communicator comfortable engaging with diverse online communities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can translate community insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with affiliate, influencer or partner programs is a plus.
