Community Outreach Coordinator

About the role

The Community Outreach Coordinator will serve as the public‑relations face of our senior‑living community, building relationships with referring communities, health centers, and social‑service partners. This role supports resident admissions, promotes the community’s mission, and helps maintain census at budgeted levels.

Key responsibilities

• Perform public relations, marketing, and development activities for the community as needed.
• Maintain census at the budgeted level.
• Act as the community’s public‑relations agent with referring communities, gathering feedback and sharing information with supervisors.
• Present the community at scheduled physician networking luncheons.
• Collaborate with health‑center and social‑service departments to facilitate efficient admissions and transfers to appropriate levels of care.

Required profile

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree required.
• Two to three years of relevant experience in public relations, marketing, or community outreach.
