Community Manager – The Wexley at 100

About the role

The Community Manager for The Wexley at 100 will oversee daily operations of the property, lead the on‑site team, and ensure financial and operational goals are met while maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, team members, and resources.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and ensure timely posting.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to create short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and track performance metrics.
• Experience handling vendor relationships, invoice approvals, and expense control.
• Excellent understanding of leasing processes, resident screening, and lease enforcement.
• Capability to interpret market trends and implement effective leasing strategies.
