About the role

The Community Manager leads daily operations of a residential community in Southeast Fort Worth, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, strong financial performance, and full regulatory compliance. This position serves as the primary liaison between ownership, residents, and the onsite team, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident concerns, complaints, questions, and requests, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
• Oversee onsite staff, coordinate resources, and manage day‑to‑day activities to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and all applicable housing regulations.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and occupancy targets to achieve financial goals.
• Supervise maintenance, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects.
• Prepare regular performance reports for ownership and senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or community management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and local housing regulations.
• Ability to handle resident escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
