Community Manager – Lexington Townhomes

About the role

The Community Manager for Lexington Townhomes will oversee daily operations of a stabilized 165‑unit property in Montclair, California. Reporting to senior management, this role ensures the property meets its financial targets, delivers excellent resident and vendor experiences, and complies with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site staff, coordinate daily activities, and allocate resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including accrual accounting, to track performance against targets.
• Drive leasing efforts, maintain high resident satisfaction, and oversee vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
• Utilize Yardi 7s and the company CRM for property management, accounting, and resident communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of community management experience (4‑6 years of relevant experience noted elsewhere).
• Demonstrated ability in financial reporting, accrual accounting, and leasing.
• Strong commitment to resident and vendor service excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi 7s property management software.
• Experience using a CRM system for resident and vendor interactions.
