Community Manager

About the role

We are a full‑service creative shop focused on building brands for the attention era. Reporting to the Strategy Director, the Community Manager will create and nurture a regulated‑industry community, ensuring trust, engagement, and strict compliance with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and host a large online community (1,000+ members), setting the tone and fostering collaboration.
• Moderate daily interactions, respond promptly to questions, and manage escalations while maintaining a positive environment.
• Identify trending topics, create discussion threads, and run weekly content challenges.
• Review and approve all community messaging, user‑generated content, and campaigns for compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and FINRA.
• Monitor platforms for compliance breaches, misinformation, or liability risks and execute rapid mitigation procedures.
• Serve as liaison between the brand, community members, client teams, and internal legal/compliance partners.
• Develop educational materials, house rules, and clear community guidelines.
• Design and execute long‑term community programs, advisory boards, and advocacy groups.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability with on‑camera charisma.
• Deep understanding of data privacy and regulatory disclosure requirements.
• Comfortable navigating cultural trends while protecting brand integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex legal requirements into engaging community strategies.
