Community Manager for Uptown NW Collection

About the role
The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Uptown NW Collection properties in northwest Portland. This position ensures smooth resident experiences, manages on‑site staff, and drives financial and operational performance in line with Greystar standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise property staff and coordinate daily activities across three buildings.
- Maintain budgeted financial targets and monitor operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Handle resident relations, resolve issues, and promote community engagement.
- Prepare reports for senior management and support leasing initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
- Strong knowledge of multifamily housing regulations and operational best practices.
