Community Manager for The Hallon I Property

About the role

The Community Manager for The Hallon I will oversee daily operations of this multifamily property in Hopkins, Minnesota. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive financial performance in line with Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise property staff, schedule daily activities, and allocate resources to meet budgeted goals.
• Maintain resident relations, address service requests, and implement community events to enhance resident experience.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and support rent collection and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with Greystar’s corporate teams on marketing, leasing, and maintenance initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service within multifamily housing.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve operational targets.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
