Community Manager for The Carson Property

About the role

The Carson community in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the on‑site team, and ensure the property meets its financial and service goals. This full‑time position reports to senior management and plays a key role in maintaining a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the 298‑unit mid‑rise property.
• Supervise and develop property staff, scheduling and assigning tasks.
• Monitor and control operating budgets, reviewing financial statements and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and resident communications.
• Address resident concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily housing regulations and best practices.
