Community Manager for Garden Park

About the role

The Community Manager oversees daily operations of the Garden Park property, leading staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets, set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, control expenditures, and oversee the lease enforcement process, including applications, renewals, inspections, and evictions.
• Analyze market trends, implement leasing strategies, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints, service requests, and ensuring property upkeep and safety.
• Supervise property staff, handle hiring, training, performance management, and support owner relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced use of internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database management tools.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
