Leasing Professional – Garden Park

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the Garden Park community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while supporting resident retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing and pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records of availability, traffic, and resident data using on‑site property management software.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple leasing activities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
