Community Manager for Darien Commons

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Darien Commons property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring a high‑quality living experience for residents. This position is responsible for meeting financial targets, maintaining operational standards, and complying with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Develop and monitor the property budget by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent collection, and oversee fee posting.
• Implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
• Provide leadership and training to property staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing operations and regulatory requirements.
