Community Manager – East Bay

About the role

This is an in‑person, full‑time Community Manager position based in Concord, CA. As a Member Experience Manager you will be the primary point of contact for members, driving engagement, solving problems, and creating memorable workplace experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the location, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
• Act as the connector for members, handling inquiries, tours, and consultative sales conversations.
• Identify and attract potential members, delivering compelling tours and showcasing the workspace.
• Plan and execute on‑site events that enhance community engagement.
• Represent Industrious professionally with senior leaders and local business partners.

• Resides within an easy commute to Concord, CA.
• Strong business sense and comfort speaking with senior executives.
