Community Manager - Dalian Monterrey Village

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Dalian Monterrey Village property, ensuring smooth delivery of services, financial performance, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site staff, daily activities, and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and adjust rent rates to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure timely collection and posting of rent, fees, and other income.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and resident communications to support occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Prepare regular operational reports and present performance insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing operations and regulatory requirements.
