Community Manager – Collection 14

About the role

The Community Manager for Collection 14 will oversee the daily operations of an assigned multifamily property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property activities, including team supervision, resident relations, and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor the property budget by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, oversee rent collection, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
• Coordinate with marketing, leasing, and maintenance teams to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of multifamily housing regulations and budgeting processes.
