Community Manager – Central Denver

About the role

The Floating Community Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations of an assigned apartment community in the Denver area. You will lead a team, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets, set rent rates, collect fees, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee leasing activities, approve applications, conduct inspections, enforce lease terms, and handle evictions.
• Analyze market trends, implement marketing strategies, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by responding to service requests and ensuring timely maintenance.
• Supervise property staff, handle hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, property tours, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in Internet use, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
• All required state and local licenses/certifications.

• Competitive salary range $80,000–$95,000 per year.
