Community Manager – Artisan (Village of Escaya)

About the role

The Community Manager – Artisan will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Village of Escaya, a 220‑unit lease‑up community. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input for property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve targeted revenues by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease‑enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts, and renewals, and conduct periodic apartment inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of property or community management experience.
• Strong client communication and market knowledge.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate daily activities.
• Eligibility for a 100 % housing discount.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
• Experience with lease‑up processes.
