Community Manager – Arcadia

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Arcadia property at Wiregrass, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budget development, rent collection, financial reporting, and vendor invoice approvals.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints, service requests, and ensuring property upkeep.
• Supervise property staff, handle hiring, training, performance management, and coordinate with owners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Competence in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database management tools.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
• All required state and local licenses/certifications.
