Community Manager – Arasan

About the role

The Community Manager for the Arasan property will oversee daily operations, lead the on‑site team and ensure the community meets financial and service targets. Reporting to senior management, this role combines property management, resident relations and compliance responsibilities within Greystar’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the property budget by analysing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts and coordinate with accounting.
• Manage petty cash, control expenditures and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions and collection of late fees.
• Analyse market and economic trends to create short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management or a similar real‑estate role.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other relevant regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets and ensure compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on resident service.
