Communications Program Manager

About the role

Reyes Holdings is hiring a Communications Program Manager in Rosemont, Illinois. The role covers external and internal communications programming so that the company's image and brand are consistently communicated across all internal and external channels. Candidates must work onsite four days a week at the Rosemont headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement external and internal communications programming and maintain a consistent corporate image and brand across all outlets.
• Aid in developing, coordinating and implementing verbal, visual and written communication practices.
• Drive and execute communication initiatives and programs supporting the business and its leaders.
• Manage day-to-day employee communications, attend meetings and events, gather data and create communications for employees and stakeholders.
• Oversee the company intranet, including reviewing, editing and publishing news, announcements and ongoing content.
• Create communications and promotional tactics, including change management plans, to support organizational initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or high school diploma/equivalent and 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience with electronic communications such as intranets, video and social media.
• Preferred: strong knowledge of the food and beverage distribution industry, SharePoint experience and content design experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred: SharePoint.
