Communications Manager

About the role

Milwaukee Tools is seeking a Communications Manager to join its growing Communications team. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you will partner with business leaders to develop strategic communication plans, support change initiatives, and deliver clear messaging across internal and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans that align with business strategy and organisational priorities.
• Create, coordinate and deliver content for internal and external channels, translating complex information into simple, actionable messages.
• Manage communication calendars, campaigns and schedules across the business.
• Produce dealer and external stakeholder communications related to operational and process changes.
• Support governance and optimisation of communication platforms, including the intranet, and maintain templates and tools to improve consistency.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal, corporate or employee communications.
• Proven experience supporting organisational change, business projects and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively across functions and stakeholder groups.
