Commissary Associate – Full-Time

About the role

The Commissary Associate supports the daily operations of the Troubadour Golf & Field Club commissary. This full‑time, hourly position ensures that food and beverage supplies are received, organized, and delivered accurately to club outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Attend the daily morning meeting with the commissary team.
• Receive purchase orders from the supervisor and collect assigned products.
• Identify product IDs and verify ingredient quality before fulfilling orders.
• Check out final purchase orders with the supervisor before distribution.
• Deliver products to the appropriate outlet, obtain a signed receipt from the outlet manager, and stage items as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following daily cleaning checklists.
• Unload and distribute large deliveries to designated zones.
• Report any damaged, lost, or surplus goods.
• Ensure all equipment functions properly and report malfunctions immediately.
• Complete closing procedures using the provided checklist.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in warehousing, hotel, distribution, or receiving environments.
• Basic knowledge of product identification and food‑safety practices.
• Motivated self‑starter with strong initiative and troubleshooting ability.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long shifts as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Valid health certificate.
• Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
