Waste Collection Driver - Private Golf Community

About the role

The Waste Collection Driver will support the Facilities Department at Troubadour Golf & Field Club, ensuring safe, efficient, and discreet removal of waste and recyclables across the private golf community. This full‑time position plays a key part in maintaining the club’s high standards of cleanliness and member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate waste collection vehicles safely throughout the golf property.
• Collect and transport trash, recyclables, and other waste from restaurants, pro shops, locker rooms, event spaces and other club facilities.
• Follow established collection schedules and adjust for special events, tournaments and seasonal demands.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles routinely and report any maintenance issues.
• Support waste sorting and recycling initiatives to aid club sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to safety, detail and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift, push and maneuver containers weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Reliable, punctual and capable of working independently.
