Commercial Sales Associate – Automotive

About the role

Bosch is looking for a dynamic Commercial Sales Associate to join its Automotive team in Plymouth, MI. You will be responsible for driving sales and managing the Stellantis Vehicle Motion North America account, balancing traditional sales duties with commercial account management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and report on sales KPIs and strategic measures.
• Prepare and present KPIs, forecasts, business plans, and year‑end results to regional and global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives.
• Manage sales for Vehicle Motion products, including customer interface, acquisition leadership, and coordination of accounts receivable.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of automotive sales experience, preferably with knowledge of braking and sensor technology.
• Strong communication, negotiation, client relationship building, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using sales forecasting tools.
