About the role
Offit Kurman is seeking a senior commercial real estate attorney to join its Los Angeles or Century City office. The role involves leading complex real‑estate transactions for a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Lead acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters for commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail and mixed‑use properties.
- Manage transaction closings, negotiate complex contracts, and serve as the primary client contact throughout the process.
Required profile
- 10+ years of sophisticated commercial real‑estate experience.
- Proven ability to lead transactions, manage closings and handle high‑stakes negotiations.
