Commercial Lines Product Analyst – Hybrid (Webster/Boston)

About the role

The Commercial Lines Product Analyst supports the development, enhancement and ongoing management of Property & Casualty insurance products. Working in a hybrid setting from Webster or Boston, you will provide data‑driven recommendations for product design, pricing and improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market demographics, competitive trends and regulatory requirements to inform product performance.
• Partner with insurance vendors and underwriting service providers on new product launches and product maintenance, including contract review and performance assessment.
• Collaborate with Legal and State teams to update policy language, develop new forms and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create detailed business requirements for IT and work closely with the technology team to implement product changes accurately and on schedule.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders to drive profitable and competitive insurance solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial lines insurance product analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market and competitive data.
• Excellent communication skills for translating business needs into clear requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, legal, underwriting and IT teams.
