Commercial Insurance Learning Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Insurance Learning Specialist will support MAPFRE’s commitment to high‑quality training for new hires, existing staff and vendor partners on the Commercial team. You will work closely with business leaders to identify training needs and create engaging learning solutions that improve individual performance and overall business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, facilitate and deliver training through classroom sessions, web‑based instruction, remote coaching and on‑the‑job learning.
• Act as program manager for assigned curricula, ensuring content stays current, aligns with business strategy and meets KPI goals.
• Design and develop instructional materials, including instructor‑led modules for onsite, remote and hybrid environments.
• Conduct needs analyses to pinpoint skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Maintain and evolve knowledge bases, reference materials, system procedures and instructional guides.
• Provide technical system training, skill‑development workshops and customer‑centric service excellence sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for adult learners.
• Ability to collaborate with enterprise business leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on measurable learning outcomes.
• Experience managing curriculum life‑cycles and aligning training with business objectives.
