Commercial Associate – Fintech Growth & Partnerships

About the role

You will own the scaling of major fintech partners, turn around under‑performance, and shape commercial proposals that can materially impact YouLend’s growth. The role offers autonomy to define your roadmap while working cross‑functionally across product, risk, data, operations and capital markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and drive high‑value growth opportunities across partners, products and markets.
• Conduct deep‑dives into partner performance, translate findings into actionable plans.
• Build business cases for new products, markets and partnership initiatives.
• Structure commercial proposals, pilots and partner growth plans.
• Develop operating rhythms, tools and processes to support scaling.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Risk, Data, Operations and Capital Markets teams to execute initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong interest in fintech, partnerships and commercial strategy.
• Understanding of commercial metrics, unit economics and financial concepts, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing strategic initiatives with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders and external partners.
