Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate

About the role

YouLend is looking for a Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate to help scale its fastest‑growing US region. You will tackle ambiguous, high‑impact problems, using data to design, test, and implement solutions that improve sales performance, streamline the merchant journey, and explore AI‑driven efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic and operational initiatives from opportunity identification through solution design, implementation, and impact measurement.
• Build and continuously improve KPI reporting and performance dashboards for sales, credit operations, product, and technology teams.
• Identify, prototype, and roll out AI and automation opportunities that reduce manual work and boost productivity.
• Experiment with AI‑enabled workflows, rapidly test concepts, and partner with Product and Technology to scale high‑impact solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience extracting insights and building models using SQL, Excel, or Python.
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete or ambiguous data.
• Genuine interest in fintech, lending, and high‑growth business dynamics.
• Ownership mindset – you drive initiatives to completion rather than just completing tasks.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing better solutions.
