Transformation Lead – US Operations

About the role

You will partner with the Head of Production Line and US Operations leadership to drive performance and strategic development of YouLend's US operational teams. This hands‑on leadership role blends strategy, data‑driven analysis, and team development to deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Production Line to own operational performance, identifying productivity, quality, and scalability opportunities.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and data insights to diagnose problems and measure impact.
• Own the US Operations transformation roadmap, prioritising high‑impact initiatives across Credit Operations, Sales, and the merchant journey.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2‑3 Transformation Associates, setting priorities and guiding problem‑solving.
• Work directly with developers to translate operational needs into scalable technical and product solutions.

Required profile

• Exceptional problem‑solving and strategic judgement, able to structure ambiguous problems and focus on high‑impact opportunities.
• Proven leadership experience with ownership of cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Experience managing teams and delivering measurable results.
