Clinical Services Manager – UAMS Health Benton/Bryant

About the role

The Clinical Services Manager will lead the delivery of patient‑centered services at UAMS Health locations in Benton and Bryant. Reporting to senior administration, you will ensure efficient clinical operations, high quality care, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical service delivery across multiple sites.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, resource allocation, and cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, safety, and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Implement process improvements and quality‑assurance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in managing clinical services or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
