Program Administrator / MBS Clinical Reviewer

About the role

The Program Administrator/MBS Clinical Reviewer supports UAMS Health in the Benton/Bryant region by managing program operations and conducting clinical reviews for the Medicare Beneficiary Summary (MBS) process. This position ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day program activities, including scheduling, record‑keeping, and stakeholder communication.
• Review clinical documentation for MBS compliance, verify coding accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems related to program performance.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with clinicians, billing staff, and quality‑improvement teams to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, public health, or a related field.
• Experience in program administration or clinical review within a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
