Clinical Research Associate Manager (Remote)

About the role

This senior position leads a team of Clinical Research Associates, ensuring high‑quality monitoring of vaccine, infectious disease and cardiovascular trials while adhering to local regulations, company SOPs and ICH GCP.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate work, develop staff, conduct performance appraisals and manage low‑performance situations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Managers, Partner Line Managers and HQ to align processes, capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Interact with sites to resolve operational issues, attend investigator meetings and escalate performance concerns.
• Support departmental initiatives, reporting, and forecasting of CRA capacity needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, including at least 3 years as a CRA.
• Proven people‑management skills with experience leading teams of 6‑14 members.
• Fluent in local language and business‑proficient English, both written and verbal.
• Strong emotional intelligence, leadership and conflict‑management abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and Good Documentation Practices.
• Expertise with core trial management systems and tools.
• Data reporting and capacity planning capabilities.
• Regulatory compliance and site‑operations coordination.
