About the role

The Clinical Pharmacist works the mid‑shift evenings on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule, managing medication therapy for assigned patients, providing education to staff and residents, and contributing to pharmacy‑related documentation and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

Manage medication therapy, including reconciliation, monitoring, and patient education.
Provide pharmacokinetic consultations and evaluate drug selection and dosing using laboratory data.
Educate pharmacy and medical residents, staff, students, and other healthcare providers.
Develop order sets, benefit designs, formularies, pathways, best practices, and guidelines.
Document interventions, conduct outcome studies, and mentor new staff.

Required profile

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (required); PharmD and PGY2 residency preferred.
Current state pharmacy license.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and teaching abilities.

Required skills

Pharmacokinetic consultation.
Medication reconciliation and monitoring.
Computer proficiency with Windows‑style applications and data entry.
