Clinical Manager, Assistive Care (Part Time)

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Clinical Manager to lead assistive care services in the Tucson‑East office. This role combines clinical leadership with hands‑on support for caregivers, clients, and families, offering a flexible schedule of about 30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance for assistive care services.
• Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate safe, high‑quality client care.
• Complete and oversee client assessments, care planning, service updates, and clinical documentation.
• Monitor client needs and collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, providers, and office leadership.
• Coach, educate, and support caregivers and field staff, including orientation and competency validation.
• Review care delivery and documentation for quality, compliance, and alignment with client plans.
• Respond promptly to changes in client condition, service concerns, and clinical questions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and office performance goals.
• Support incident review, follow‑up, and corrective action planning.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, professional standards, BAYADA policies, and office procedures.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
• Clinical leadership or home/community‑based care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, care planning, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach caregivers and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Sound clinical judgment, organization, and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to compassionate, person‑centered care and service excellence.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
