About the role

This entry‑level position focuses on efficient patient management, administrative support, and problem resolution for pre‑ and post‑care processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the department in managing expectations surrounding pre‑ and post‑patient care.
• Obtain and review patient demographic, insurance, and referral information.
• Verify clinical records for completeness, including authorizations and signatures.
• Answer multiple telephone lines, triage calls, respond to inquiries, and document messages.
• Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems and maintain smooth practice flow.
• Provide coverage for co‑workers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, managers, peers, trainees, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and institutional information.

Required profile
