Client Voices Promoter

About the role

The Client Voices Promoter supports client engagement and feedback initiatives at the local level, helping refugees and immigrants shape IRC programs and services.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with IRC program staff to execute client satisfaction surveys and focus groups.
• Act as a liaison between IRC and local refugee communities, conveying concerns to leadership.
• Organize community events, training sessions, and focus groups to empower clients as advocates.
• Maintain accurate records of feedback and ensure alignment with IRC policies.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree preferred and minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with refugees, asylees, victims of human trafficking, or immigrant populations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Swahili, French, Pashto/Dari strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel within the service area.
