Client Success Manager / Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, proactive Client Success Manager / Account Manager to join our fast‑growing, fully remote team. You will work with US‑based clients, helping them succeed through innovative cold‑email campaigns and modern marketing tech.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of US clients.
• Manage and optimise cold‑email campaigns, with full training provided.
• Collaborate with clients to develop campaign strategies, creative offers and marketing ideas.
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate insights via Slack and Zoom.
• Work with internal tech and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Use basic automation tools such as Zapier to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Previous digital marketing experience, preferably agency‑based.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, copywriting basics and customer psychology.
• Technical aptitude and quick learning of new software.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
