Client Success Coach

About the role

We are looking for a Client Success Coach to partner with gym-owner clients, helping them generate more leads, book more appointments, and grow their businesses. This remote, full-time position focuses on coaching, accountability, and results rather than traditional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of gym-owner clients as the primary point of contact via Slack, Zoom, phone, and email.
• Conduct weekly coaching calls to identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and improve performance.
• Analyze KPIs and performance data to diagnose issues and make fact-based recommendations.
• Hold clients accountable to action plans, even when conversations are uncomfortable.
• Identify churn risks early and proactively address them.
• Guide clients on lead follow-up, appointment setting, show rates, sales performance, and overall business growth.
• Collect referrals, reviews, testimonials, and success stories.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to enhance client experience.
