Client Solutions Director - Management Resources

About the role

Robert Half is recruiting a Client Solutions Director for its Management Resources practice in Pasadena. You will cultivate project and business consulting opportunities within finance and accounting, human resources and operations, and business systems and transformation. The position sits in the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce services through video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients.
• Build enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders to present Robert Half's offerings for complex client initiatives needing senior-level professionals.
• Research trends in hiring, the labour market and the competitor landscape.
• Deliver and analyse marketplace insights and industry trends so clients view you as a trusted business advisor.

Required profile

• Business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Public/industry accounting, finance or professional services experience a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills at all levels of the organisation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM system a plus.

• Salary range of $70,304 to $90,000, negotiable on experience and location, with a performance-based bonus.
