Client Services Manager – Pediatric Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for its State College, PA Pediatric Home Care office. This role combines client service coordination, caseload growth, and leadership development in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high‑quality pediatric home care.
• Coordinate client services, address emergent scheduling needs, and manage a growing caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Develop collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership.
• Monitor key metrics such as admissions, referrals, and caseload performance.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior medical office or home‑care experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility.
• Ambition, initiative, and a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
