Pediatric LPN – Flexible Home Health Nursing

About the role

Join BAYADA's State College office as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) focused on pediatric home health care. You will provide one‑to‑one compassionate care to clients in their homes, enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes on a schedule you choose and deliver skilled nursing services.
• Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations and interventions.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
