Program Specialist

About the role

The Program Specialist will act as an internal case manager and advocate for clients in the Habilitation program, working closely with the Clinical Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to manage client cases and participate in Person‑Centered Planning.
• Make regular client visits to evaluate progress and ensure services align with Individual Support Plans.
• Supervise Habilitation Technicians according to policy and state regulations.
• Maintain communication with Case Managers and Care Coordinators and participate in client orientations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience with the I/DD population.
• Qualified Professional status; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to grow.

• Salary range $50,000‑$55,000 per year, depending on experience.
