Client Services Manager, Home Care

About the role

The Client Services Manager is an office‑based leader who coordinates compassionate Assistive Care services for clients across Kauai, overseeing field staff, client relationships, and office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the office caseload through relationship building with referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Schedule and coordinate field employees, ensuring appropriate matches based on client needs, employee competency, and geography.
• Provide administrative supervision, feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations for field staff.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention activities for field employees.
• Process weekly payroll, manage billing information, and assist with account collections.
• Maintain accurate records in BAYADA systems and stay current on policies, procedures, and state program requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, recruiting, staffing, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sound judgment and professional response to changing client, employee, and office needs.
• Competence in basic computer skills and ability to learn BAYADA systems.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
