Client Service Specialist, Business Insurance

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Client Service Specialist for its Business Insurance team in Greenville. The specialist delivers prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues, working with other members of the department to meet customer needs. Attention to detail is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Work with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers
• Process changes accurately
• Handle rating tasks
• Enter client data accurately

Required profile

• High school diploma required
• Property & Casualty Insurance license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days
• Two years of business insurance experience, preferably in an agency
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently and without sponsorship now or in the future
• A plus: associates or bachelor's degree, transportation experience, insurance designations (CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.), and experience with EPIC, Sagitta and/or ImageRight

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
