Client Service Representative - Employee Health & Benefits (Entry Level)

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency's Midwest Region is a full-service brokerage offering business insurance, employee benefits, private client insurance and retirement services. As an entry-level Client Service Representative, you deliver exceptional service to clients by managing insurance programs, executing policy changes, updating client information, facilitating collaboration and working with the servicing team.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to serve customers
• Familiarity with analyzing financial data
• Self-starter, highly organized problem solver with good time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work on a fast-paced, high-energy team with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Plus: BS/BA in Business, Insurance or a related field; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); 1 year of insurance industry experience; Life & Health license preferred or obtainable on hire

• Base salary of $34,650 to $64,575, depending on experience, skills, training, location, certifications and education, with possible performance-based incentives
