Client Service Coordinator (French & English speaking)

About the role

The Client Service Coordinator supports global Account Managers in delivering branded merchandise programmes for international clients. This bilingual role combines sales support, purchasing and coordination in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product sourcing, quoting, order processing and delivery tracking across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams and account managers to ensure profitability and high service levels.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple orders, deadlines and priorities using project‑management tools.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, Oracle EBS and other systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management or purchasing, preferably in e‑commerce, retail or merchandising.
• Fluent in both English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work with clients, vendors and internal teams across different time zones.
• Motivation to grow into a sales role within the company.
