Client Service Associate

About the role

Capital Asset Management, a wealth management firm in Columbus, OH, is looking for a Client Service Associate to deliver excellent service to its clients. You will support the Financial Planning Team and help maintain a culture of success.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with account openings, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Lead new client onboarding and coordinate proactive client touchpoints.
• Audit client portals for broken links and missing data, and track year‑end RMDs and IRA contributions.
• Compile tax documents, schedule client meetings, and manage the firm’s calendar.
• Maintain the CRM with accurate meeting notes and documents, and act as the primary point of contact for custodians Schwab and Fidelity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of financial services experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to following office processes and client privacy policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with custodial platforms Schwab and Fidelity.
